Hi, I’m Carol Crisafi, IBCLC

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I help families navigate feeding with compassion, clinical skill, and a sense of calm. Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival or troubleshooting a tough problem, Dream Feed offers personalized support to help you feed your way—with confidence and care.

My breastfeeding journey started 12 years ago when I was blessed with identical twin girls at 29 weeks. Prematurely, I had to make choices about birthing and feeding that I wasn’t prepared to make and didn’t feel informed enough to move forward with. But I met an IBCLC at the hospital and she changed everything! Her scientific knowledge gave me the confidence to take control of my milk supply and her support inspired me to help others.

I’ve been working in the lactation and public health field for the last 10 years. For 8 years, I worked on my skills in peer to peer support, working with thousands of families from diverse backgrounds and limited resources. Breastfeeding my children was one of the best experiences of my life but helping someone achieve it, is nearly as rewarding. Sharing in community and motherhood was vital for me in the early years but then becoming an expert in my field, to offer the gold standard of care, became my focus two years ago. What started as a way to pay it forward - to make sure every mother got the information and support we all deserve - turned into a passion.

My passion is empowering, affirming and educating women and breastfeeding parents. I’m excited that my passion has led me to you.

My Approach

At Dream Feed, I take a straightforward, evidence-based approach to lactation support — because every family’s feeding journey is unique, and your body deserves to be trusted. I want to make sure parents don’t question their instincts, and my goal is to bring you back to what’s real. I help you understand how milk supply works, how your baby communicates their needs, and how to feed confidently — without fear, guilt, or pressure to do it any other way. Breastfeeding is powerful and possible — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
